Hello
I would be honored to support your healing journey, naturally. I am a board certified, licensed Acupuncturist and my practice is rooted in the elegant and effective system of ancient Chinese medicine.
My Approach
Over 20 years ago, my personal healing journey with debilitating migraines led me to discover acupuncture and natural medicine—an experience that completely transformed my life. At the time, I was living with daily pain, dependent on medication, and struggling to function. Out of desperation, I tried acupuncture. Within a few months, I was free from both migraines and medication—and I remain so to this day.

Following this profound experience, I pursued a four-year Master’s degree in Acupuncture and Chinese Herbal Medicine, and went on to gain over eight years of hands-on experience in a busy New York City clinic. Along the way, I’ve continued to deepen my knowledge through extensive continuing education, as well as personal experiences such as maintaining health through pregnancy and childbirth. These experiences have shaped my practice into one that is heart-centered, holistic, and results-driven.

When people ask me what I specialize in, I often smile and say, “I don’t.” I think of my role as a kind of holistic primary care. Whether you’re dealing with a sprained ankle, digestive issues, fertility challenges, anxiety, or difficulty focusing, I meet you where you are. Over the years, I’ve worked with people of all ages and walks of life—newborns to seniors, professional dancers to weekend athletes, college students to CEOs. Using a combination of detailed inquiry, pulse assessment, and hands-on palpation, I tailor each treatment to the individual in a supportive and effective way.

Acupuncture is often most powerful when combined with other healing modalities. Depending on what will best serve you, I may integrate Craniosacral Therapy, massage, Reiki, cupping, moxibustion, gua sha, herbal medicine, or dietary therapy into your treatment plan. I am also well-versed in Western medical diagnoses, imaging, and treatments, and I aim to help patients navigate the modern healthcare system, which can sometimes feel overwhelming or isolating. In addition, I value the expertise of my colleagues in other fields and often refer patients to trusted practitioners—such as physical therapists or chiropractors—when I believe it will enhance their healing.
